日本国内のみの発送とさせていただきます。

決済完了後1〜5日以内に商品を発送したします。発送完了後メールにてお知らせいたします。

日時指定時間指定には可能な限りご対応致しますのでご注文時にお知らせください。展示会などでご希望に添えないこともございますので予めご了承ください。

商品代引き発送／クレジットカード以外の支払いは対応していませんのでご了承ください。

配送料について

International Shipping

Currently no international shipping out of the Japan. We are working on it.

Returns

Returns requested within 14 days of receiving your online purchase can be shipped to us must to be unused condition with all the tags still attached and packaging included. We strongly suggest use original protection package to use avoid damaging during shipment. Proof of purchase is required for all returns & must be included in the package. Please allow up to 10 days to process the return and email a fully refund once it arrives at our facility.

If you are returning an item for exchange/refund you are responsible for return postage costs.

Damages

We will gladly accept the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping and can offer a full refund including shipping cost. Any item damaged from use, general wear and tear, we will not accept. Sho Ceramc is very durable stoneware, but not indestructible.
